CHDI School-Based Clinic

The CHDI School-Based Clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is closed daily from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The clinic is located at the Flores Elementary Campus, 901 N. Getty St. Please note that the clinic entrance is located on Fenley St.
